Indigo Handloom is a California-based textile company with a mission to change the fashion world, the second biggest polluter after the oil industry. Their delicately handcrafted textiles also help to revive the traditional textile arts of khadi (hand-spun yarn) and handloom weaving while supporting community development in rural India. Using these traditional handmade weaving and dyeing methods cuts down on energy and coal usage, creating a product with a low carbon footprint. You can feel the care and quality in each scarf.
